It was a hobby shop that quickly turned into a thriving business in the heart of the Okanagan. Aaron and Kim, family friends and the new owners, bought the business and are quickly learning the ropes. We have six staff members including Gregg himself (he couldn’t bring himself to leave entirely!), Kim, Aaron, Pat, Cheryl and Gord. Every staff member has engraving experience and are ready to help. Gord is our resident graphic designer, and can help you transform your idea into reality. Kim’s background in equine Riding and Showing provides her with the knowhow of what it takes to stand out in the ring. But most importantly, all of our staff strive to deliver the highest level of customer service. When you are happy, that makes us happy!
